Shipping Policy for BJJ Sports Company

 

At BJJ Sports Company, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

 

Shipping Cost: we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders over 125$ to us. Some countries may need to pay flat rate of $15 to 20$. Most of the cases is free shipping worldwide!

 

Delivery Time: it will take us 2 to 3 working days to dispatch your order from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched it will take.

 

For reference, once they've been dispatched deliveries will typically take:

  • United States: 5-7 business days
  • North America: 5-8 business days
  • Europe: 4-7 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 6-14 business days

 

 

Import Duties


For our global customers, please be aware that your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or other fees in form of tariffs. These costs are your responsibility, and we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges. Delays due to customs clearance can happen, and while we can’t prevent them, we’ll keep you updated if issues arise.

 

Our Responsibility


We partner with trusted shipping carriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. However, we can’t be held responsible for delays or issues caused by things like:

  • Extreme weather or natural disasters
  • Political unrest or government regulations
  • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

 

Order Tracking: After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s journey. Note that tracking details might take up to 24 hours to activate.

 

Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We can’t be liable for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Delivery Exceptions: Rare events like holidays, natural disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances might slow things down. If that happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and work to resolve it quickly.
